মশিয়াহাটী ডিগ্রী কলেজটি যশোর জেলার, মণিরামপুর উপজেলার ১৫ নং কুলটিয়া ইউনিয়নের ৩ নং ওয়ার্ড এর মশিয়াহাটী নামক স্থানে ১৯৭০ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। কলেজটি প্রথম ১-৭-১৯৭২ খ্রিঃ তারিখ যশোর বোর্ডের স্বীকৃতি লাভ করে। ১-৭-১৯৯৭ খ্রিঃ তারিখ হতে যশোর বোর্ডের স্থায়ী স্বীকৃতি লাভ করে। ১-৭-১৯৮৬ খ্রিঃ তারিখ প্রথম রাজশাহী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধিভুক্তি লাভ করে। পরবর্তীতে ডিগ্রী সম্মান অধিভুক্তি হয় ১-৭-২০১৪ খ্রিঃ তারিখে। কলেজটি অদ্যাবধি সুনামের সাথে শিক্ষাকার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে আসছে।
